An assistant that answers your website visitors
Your internal assistant works for your teams. This one works for your visitors: it answers on your website, and brings you the people who want to talk to you.

One line to paste, nothing to install
You copy one line from your admin area, paste it into your site, and the bubble appears. On WordPress or on a hand-built site, with any host: your server runs nothing, it simply displays the page. There is no module to install, no version to keep up with, no conflict with your theme.
The bubble lives in its own window, isolated from the rest of the page. Your site's styles don't distort it, and it distorts nothing on your side.
It only says what you have given it
This is the point that matters. A public assistant plugged into your internal data is an accident waiting to happen. This one has its own material: a list of questions and answers, a description of your firm, and nothing else. No access to your client files, your exchanges or your working documents. The separation is built in, not a setting you can forget to tick.
When a question falls outside that scope, it doesn't make things up: it says so and offers to put the person in touch with you. That is the best sales answer there is, and it's also the one that protects you.
You start with the questions of your profession
When you open the module, the list is already filled with the questions your sector really gets. An accounting firm starts with fourteen written answers: the services offered, taking over a set of accounts mid-year, changing expert-comptable (chartered accountant), fees, filing deadlines and how to send in documents.
You correct them, remove some, add others. What you have written belongs to you: when we expand the sector catalogue, the new entries arrive as suggestions, they never replace your answers.
What it doesn't know becomes what it will know
Questions that went unanswered come back to your admin area, along with the number of times they were asked. You write the answer once, it joins the list, and the question won't come up again. Within a few weeks, the bubble ends up knowing your firm better than the "about" page of your website.
The prospect arrives with their context
When a visitor leaves their name and phone number, they don't land in yet another inbox. They appear in your platform, in the Prospects queue, with the questions they asked before making up their mind and the page they came from. So you know what interests them before you pick up the phone.
An alert goes out to the address of your choice, the dot in the menu lights up, and you can track the prospect: to call back, in progress, won, lost. When they sign, one button turns them into a client file with everything they have already given you.
What it costs, and what it doesn't
A question that finds its answer in your list costs nothing: it is served as it is. A question already asked comes back from memory, again at no cost. The artificial intelligence only steps in for new questions, and you set a monthly cap. Beyond that, the bubble carries on serving your answers and collecting contact details, without writing anything new.
A showcase site gets bots too. Each visitor is capped at twelve questions per hour, and you choose which domains are allowed to display the bubble.
What it doesn't do
It is not an adviser. It says what your firm does, never what the person should do about their own situation. On a specific case, it offers a call with you. That is written into its instructions and displayed under the window: the answers are automatic and given for information only.
It doesn't book meetings on your behalf either, and it signs nothing. It brings the conversation to you, and stops there.
