Your week at a glance
The calendar shows seven days by default, from 6am to 8pm. To create a meeting, you drag a slot on the grid: the form opens, pre-filled. Below the grid, "Upcoming" lists what is overdue, then the next thirty days.
Three kinds of entry: the client meeting, the work slot, and the task, which you tick as "Done" once it's finished.
The file behind the meeting
A meeting is linked to a client file by typing the start of its name. It then shows the client, their code and their contact details, and opens the file in one click: nobody retypes a phone number. The meeting also appears in the client file, and in the client area when they have one.
Invite, book
An invited colleague gets a message in the messaging module and answers "I'll be there" or "I can't make it". An outside contact gets an email with the calendar file, which they add to their own calendar.
The location can be free text, the client's address or a room from your catalogue, and equipment is ticked off. A room or a piece of equipment that is already taken is refused, with the time and the name of whoever booked it.
What keeps coming back
A meeting can repeat every working day, every week, every two weeks, every month or every year, with no end date, until a given date, or for a set number of times. You change a single occurrence or all the following ones, and a series that runs into a room already booked lists the dates that clash and offers to create itself without them.
Who sees what
Everyone keeps their own calendar and chooses which colleagues can see it. Two rights go further, and are given to no one by default: seeing every calendar, for a management team or a front desk, and managing them, meaning creating, moving and cancelling on behalf of others.
Dates that arrive by message
When a client suggests a date in a message, by email or from their client area, or attaches an invitation, the proposal arrives in their contact's calendar, waiting to be confirmed. Nothing is ever put in a calendar behind anyone's back.
The assistant also reads your calendar when a question calls for it, and the daily briefing gives you your meetings every morning. A news post announcing an event can add itself to the calendar.
What it does not do yet
It does not yet sync with your Microsoft 365 or Google calendars: that is planned. Until then, meetings booked in the platform go out via the calendar file attached to invitations.
See it on the demos
In both demos, every visitor gets a day dotted with meetings dated today: a client meeting, a team catch-up. Drag a slot on the grid, link a file, invite a colleague, then open the file: the meeting is there.
