One offer, two ways to pay for it: €2,250 excl. VAT per year, or €225 excl. VAT per month, with a 24-month commitment. On a dedicated private server or entirely on your own infrastructure, the price is the same. Each additional site, another office of your company on the same instance, adds €1,000 excl. VAT per year; training and help with the rollout are charged at €800 excl. VAT per day. And everything is included:

Dedicated private server
An isolated cloud server with 4 cores, 8 GB of memory and 80 GB of disk, currently at Hetzner, in Germany or Finland. We provide it, back it up every night and administer it: you have nothing to install and nothing to monitor.
It's the right size for a company of ten to forty people: the application, the database, the index of your documents and a large part of the processing all fit on it. If your needs grow, one step up in machine size is absorbed without changing your bill; beyond that, we adapt to any request and only the difference in hosting is passed on to you, at cost. You can also pay for the hosting yourself.
On your own infrastructure
Same software, same price, on a machine of your own: 4 cores, 8 GB and 80 GB as a minimum for the core platform, more if you want a local writing model one day. The hardware is at your expense, we tell you which one and we install on it.
You buy a licence and a turnkey deployment; any larger need is covered by the licence, hardware aside. Your data only leaves your walls to write the answers, under the conditions set out below.
In both cases, your documents, the index, the search, the permissions and a large part of the processing stay on the machine. Only the question and the relevant extracts leave it, in order to draft the answer: included up to €100 excl. VAT per year, then billed on usage, as close as possible to the provider's cost. A model installed on your side can replace those calls; on a machine of this size we keep it for search, since local drafting needs more hardware. And the day that becomes economically viable, we'll be the first to invite you to switch.
Questions, answers
24 months during the launch offer, 12 months after that. The instance then continues in twelve-month periods at the current year's price, with two months' notice.
