Your instance, in your name
From the order onwards, a tracking page walks you through it, step by step: your details confirmed, the contract, payment by transfer or direct debit, our call, the customisation, your logo, your colours, your software, your instance prepared, the go-live meeting, delivery, then training if you chose it, one, two or three days. On that page, a thread to write to us: our sales agent, an AI agent signed as such, answers first and hands over to us as soon as it needs to.
It carries your name, your logo, your brand guidelines, in light mode and in dark mode. Your teams don't open "a product", they open the firm's own internal tool. Ours appears nowhere.
You choose where it runs: on a dedicated private server that we supply and administer, or entirely in-house, on your own machine. Either way, the knowledge base is isolated and your documents are analysed locally.
Your sources connect in one move
There is one pack per sector. For accountancy, it brings together the vendors' online help and the official regulatory watch: 886 articles at ACD and 397 at Silae as of 28 August 2026, the tax material from BOFiP and the payroll and social security material from BOSS. Switching a source on means ticking a box; the assistant downloads it, indexes it, then resynchronises on its own when the vendor publishes.
Then there are your own documents: PDF manuals, internal procedures, the public forums of your software. And if your business software is not in the catalogue yet, you can request its integration from the interface.
Your teams come on board in one go
The import runs from an Excel or CSV file, the one you already have. Profiles follow: a profile defines what a person sees and what they can do, and you rename them to match your own organisation. An office director does not see the same thing as a team member, and the IT person has their place, whether they work in your offices or for an outside provider.
Once the accounts are created, one button sends access out to everyone at once. Each person gets an email, signs in with their address, receives a code, picks their password, and the assistant welcomes them with a few minutes of conversation to get acquainted. Nobody has passwords to hand out, and the admin screen shows who has signed in and who has never opened their access.
Your clients are imported the same way. When the file comes from a piece of software we know, it is read exactly as it comes out: the ACD client export is recognised by its signature, its 263 columns are each read in their place, and a preview shows you what is about to be created before anything is written. Every client file arrives with its address, its APE code, its VAT scheme, its year-end date, its assigned team members, its bank and its deadline calendar already worked out. A file from another piece of software is read from its column headings, with the same preview.
One day, starting the following Monday
In the morning, the daily briefing is waiting: meetings, the news that matters, pending requests, the files that are pressing. Nothing to go looking for.
During the day, questions get asked the way you would ask a colleague. The assistant looks at the calendar, the client files in your scope, the news, the open requests, and answers citing its source. A question with no internal answer can go off to the vendor, if you decide so, and becomes a tracked request. When the answer comes back and an authorised person approves it, the knowledge base has grown.
The next day, what your company knows is a little bigger, without anyone having had to document anything.
What it costs, with no grey areas
One offer, two ways to pay for it. Until 31 December 2026, it is the launch offer: €2,250 excl. VAT per year, or €225 excl. VAT per month, with a 24-month commitment. After that, the standard rate: €2,790 excl. VAT per year, or €279 excl. VAT per month with a 12-month commitment. Per site, never per user or per client file; each additional site, another office of your company on the same instance, adds €1,000 excl. VAT per year. Training and help with the rollout are charged at €800 excl. VAT per day. Server provided or your own machine, same price. Installation, connecting up your sources and go-live are included.
At the end of the period, the instance carries on at the standard rate for the current year, with no reinstallation: what you have built inside it stays yours.
AI usage is included up to €100 excl. VAT per year, then billed as you use it, as close as possible to the provider's cost. We have no interest in you using more, and the internal mechanics look in your own data first before calling a model.
Where it runs: each company has its own machine, an isolated cloud server with 4 cores, 8 GB and 80 GB, currently at Hetzner, in Germany or Finland, which we supply, back up and administer. One step up in machine size, we absorb it with no change to the invoice; beyond that, we adapt to whatever you need and only the difference in hosting is passed on, at cost. You can also pay for the hosting yourself or install the instance on your own hardware: you buy a licence and a turnkey deployment, and any larger requirement is covered by the licence, hardware excluded.
What the week demands of you
We install, you install nothing. But connecting a knowledge base without you makes no sense at all. Someone at your firm has to say which software matters, which procedures are authoritative, who sees what. Count on a few hours spread across the week, no more.
