An AI solution for the company, open and modular

A platform the company owns, open to everything around it. Modules can be switched on, switched off and added.

Owned by the company, open to everything that already exists

Two ideas hold this product together. The first: the platform belongs to the company that uses it. Its own instance, its own knowledge base, its own data, its own brand. Nothing passes through a shared service, nothing feeds a model that will serve someone else.

The second: this platform opens up to what surrounds it. To business software through their APIs where they exist, through a data retrieval module where they don't. To mailboxes, calendars and document management systems. To yesterday's archives, the ones sleeping in a Windows explorer or in a six-year-old PST file. A company doesn't take on a tool in order to start again from scratch.

And the product grows with the people who use it. A need raised by one team becomes a feature delivered to everyone, with no reconfiguration and no extra cost. The internal messaging module shipped this week came from exactly that.

What is live today

The internal assistant first: the daily briefing in the morning, questions during the day, searching your documentation and your company memory, pointing people to the right colleague.

Around it: client files with their thread, their history and their portal; the tracking of requests sent to your vendors, with automatic follow-ups; the news of your profession, spotted and cross-checked every working day; the team, its photo directory and what each person can do; the diary for people and for client files; internal messaging, with private threads between team members; the professional tools, switched on to suit your needs.

Each of these modules will have its own page here, setting out exactly what it does and what it doesn't do.

What's coming

Expenses, with entry, attachment, approval and reimbursement. Invoicing brought back to the file: payments received, creditworthiness, balance. Management reporting for directors, right down to ESG indicators. Mobile apps in your own colours. Voice use.

We announce these modules before they are finished, and you can see which ones are in the works directly in the interface. That's more honest than a catalogue that lets you believe everything already exists.

A module can be switched on, switched off, added

Each module can be switched on or off for your instance. Switched off, it disappears completely: no menu, no block on the home page, no open route on the server side. You neither pay for nor see what you do not use, and you can switch it back on a month later without having lost a thing.

Permissions follow the same logic, but per person: each profile carries what it can see and what it can do, and a permission can also be granted individually when a situation calls for it.

What we will not do

We will not build a module that locks you in. Your data stays yours and leaves the platform if you decide it should. Nor will we sell you a module that already exists perfectly well elsewhere and that you already use: in that case, the right answer is to connect to it, not to make you switch.
