Who processes your data

Pyron, a société par actions simplifiée (French simplified joint-stock company), 6 rue de la Pêcherie, 69690 Brussieu, is the controller for the data collected on this site. For any question about your data, one address only: bonjour@intraia.fr.

What we collect, and why

When you book a call, we record your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your message and the slot you chose. That is what lets us call you back at the agreed time. We keep these requests for three years after our last contact.

When you place an order, we record your billing details and, if you provide it, your SIRET, in order to produce the order and the invoice. Accounting records are kept for ten years, as the law requires. The payment itself is handled by Stripe: your card number never passes through our servers.

When you ask the home page assistant a question, we keep the question and the answer, without your IP address and without any identifier: it tells us what the page explains badly. These exchanges are deleted automatically after twelve months. To produce the answer, the question is sent to Anthropic, our artificial intelligence provider, which does not use it for any other purpose.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic with Umami, a tool we host ourselves: it sets no cookies and collects no personal data, only aggregated statistics. We also use Google Analytics, but only if you accept it via the banner shown at the bottom of the page: without your consent, nothing goes to Google. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can erase it at any time by clearing the site data. This measurement only covers the public pages: the logged-in area is never measured, by Umami or by Google.

Cookies

On its own, the site sets a single session cookie, and only for people who log in to an account. Your consent choice and your theme preference are kept locally in your browser and never sent to us. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, only once you have agreed.

Who has access

Our servers are hosted with Hetzner, in the European Union. Our emails go out through IONOS. Payments go through Stripe. The assistant's answers are generated by Anthropic. And Google only receives analytics data if you have agreed to it. Nobody else: we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ask for it to be ported. Write to us at bonjour@intraia.fr : we reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (the French data protection authority) at cnil.fr.
