Ownership: what you know belongs to you

Each company has its own instance: its server, its database, its accounts, with no link to another company. Your data lives in your database and stays yours.

When the contract ends, we hand you a full copy of your database and your documents. It is something we do for you, not a self-service export button.

The approved answers and the memory the assistant builds up on your instance enrich no other product, ours included.

What you buy is a licence to use the software and a deployment. The code stays ours: Intra IA is not open source.

Sovereignty: you are the one who decides

You choose the sources the assistant reads, who can use it, and what goes into the knowledge base: an answer only gets in once an authorised person has approved it.

The AI provider can be changed from the admin settings. The product can also talk to a model installed on your premises; for writing, it then needs a more powerful machine than the one we supply.

Security: nobody else touches it

One instance per company, one knowledge base per instance. Your documents are split and indexed on your own machine. To write an answer, the AI provider receives the question and the relevant extracts, never the knowledge base and never a whole document.

Permissions by profile or by person, and your client portal kept separate from the internal space. Connections are encrypted, passwords protected with argon2, and backups run every night, checked, and kept for fourteen days.

Hosting: an isolated server that we provide and administer, at Hetzner in Germany or Finland, or your own machine.

What we don't have yet

No ISO 27001 certification, no SOC 2 report, no external security audit. An architecture simple enough to be understood and checked, and straight answers to your technical questions.
