Your firm works with Tiime
Published on 25 August 2026
Tiime has a quirk: two worlds, two online help centres. The firm's, and the one your entrepreneur clients use. When a client rings because their app no longer reconciles their incoming payments, your team member has to know both sides of the mirror.
What the assistant has already read
Tiime's two public help areas, exactly: 293 articles on the firm side and 223 on the business side, so 516 articles that the assistant reads and resyncs on its own. Your team member asks their question, or the one their client has just asked them, and the answer comes back sourced, with the link to the original article. No more reflex of searching in the wrong help centre.
What your teams teach it
The answers you get from Tiime support are consolidated into the firm's knowledge, along with your own practices: which clients are on which plan, how you have set up the workflows. An answer given once to one client holds good for everyone who asks the same question after them.
Between your teams and Tiime support
When the answer exists nowhere, the assistant takes over: it raises the request with support itself, tracks it, chases it up if needed, and brings the answer back to you, where it joins the knowledge base for good. Who asked and for which client file, how long the wait has been: it is all visible, and nothing sits forgotten in an inbox.
What the vendor gains
Fewer requests about things that are already documented, on both sides of the mirror. The Generative AI at Work study (Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2025, 5,179 agents tracked) measures 14% more cases resolved per hour, and 34% among new joiners; published field measurements put the share of requests that no longer reach support at between a quarter and almost half.
