Payroll has one feature accounting does not: a deadline every month, the same one for everybody. When a question blocks a payroll manager on the evening of the 27th, it cannot wait three days. On our demo instance, the assistant read 396 articles, and it resyncs on its own: every change to the software, every new procedure published ends up in its answers without anyone having to do a thing. Ask the question the way you'd ask a colleague; it answers by citing the original article, with the link. When it can't find anything, it says so, rather than inventing a payslip setting.
What your payroll managers teach it
Your payroll managers get answers from Silae support every week, through the client area or over the phone. Those answers, often precise and specific to one convention collective (French sector-wide collective agreement), used to live in mailboxes. The assistant consolidates them and adds them to the firm's knowledge base: an answer obtained once holds for the whole team, including the person who joined last month.
Between your teams and Silae support
When the answer is nowhere in the help pages or in the firm's memory, the assistant takes over: it logs the request with Silae support itself, tracks it, chases it up if needed, and brings the answer back to you. The Generative AI at Work study, published in 2025 in the Quarterly Journal of Economics and covering 5,179 support agents, measures 14% more cases resolved per hour with an assistant grounded in the existing corpus, and 34% more among new joiners. Published field measurements find that between a quarter and almost half of all requests get answered without ever reaching support.
