Your documents come in through Dext

Collecting documents is the most thankless sport in the firm. An invoice photographed at an angle, a supplier wrongly recognised, a client who swears they sent everything: every grain of sand ends up as a back-and-forth. And half of those exchanges have an answer already written in the Dext help pages.
What the assistant has already read
Dext's public help has 366 articles in French, which the assistant reads and resyncs on its own. Extraction rules, accepted formats, bank connections, per-client settings: the answer comes with its source, with a link to the original article, whether the question comes from a team member or from a client you're helping over the phone.
What your teams teach it
Every firm has its own Dext settings, its naming habits, its unusual clients. The assistant learns all of that from your teams. And the answers you get from Dext support, by chat or by email, are consolidated into the firm's knowledge: solved once, known by everyone.
Between your teams and Dext support
When the answer exists nowhere, the assistant takes over: it raises the request with support itself, tracks it, chases it up if needed, and brings the answer back to you. The tracking stays in front of you: who asked and for which client file, how long the wait has been.
What the vendor gains
A support queue relieved of everything that was already written down. Published field measurements put the share of requests that find their answer without ever going to support at between a quarter and almost half; and the Generative AI at Work study (Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2025) measures 14% more cases resolved per hour on the team side, 34% among newcomers.
