Your firm runs on Cegid Loop or Quadra

With Cegid, it all depends on your generation. Loop publishes its online help in the open; Quadra and Expert keep theirs behind CegidLife, the client area. Both situations can be handled, but not in the same way, and we would rather tell you which is which before you ask.

With Loop, everything is ready

Loop's public help centre holds 759 articles in French, in a format our connector reads natively: it plugs in with one move, resyncs on its own, and every answer cites the source article with its link. A Loop firm starts out with all of its software's help already inside the assistant.

With Quadra or Expert, we build it with you

Let's be frank: Quadra and Expert have no public help centre in a standard format. The help lives inside CegidLife, and Quadra's public documentation is published in a proprietary format. So the assistant draws on other material: the manuals and documents your firm holds or exports can be imported directly, and your internal knowledge does the rest. It is less immediate than Loop, and we would rather tell you here than let you find out.

What your teams teach it

Whatever the generation, the second stage is the same: the answers your team members get from Cegid support are consolidated and folded into the firm's knowledge. An answer obtained once counts for the whole team. And when the answer exists nowhere, the assistant takes over: it raises the request with support itself, tracks it, chases it up if needed, and the answer, once back, joins the knowledge base for good.

What the vendor gains

Fewer tickets about things already written down somewhere. The Generative AI at Work study (Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2025, 5,179 support agents tracked) measures 14% more cases resolved per hour with an assistant grounded in the existing corpus, and 34% among new joiners. In the field, published measurements put the share of requests that never reach support again at between a quarter and almost half.
