Your production runs through Inqom

A firm that chooses Inqom has already made a bet: automate production to give time back to advisory work. It would be a shame if that time went straight back out in searches through the documentation, or in interrupting the colleague who knows the platform.

What the assistant has already read

Inqom's public help centre holds 212 articles, which the assistant reads and resyncs on its own. File setup, allocation rules, review: the answer comes sourced, with a link to the original article, and when the help says nothing, the assistant says so rather than inventing something.

What your teams teach it

Your own working rules, your configuration choices, the special cases in your client files: the assistant learns them from your teams. And every answer obtained from Inqom support is consolidated into the firm's knowledge base: solved once, acquired for everyone, even after someone leaves or joins.

Between your teams and Inqom support

When the answer exists nowhere, the assistant takes over: it raises the request with support itself, tracks it, chases it up if needed, and brings the answer back to you. The tracking is there in front of you: who asked and for which client file, how long the wait has been.

What the vendor gains

Two automations that fit together: production in Inqom, answers on your side, and less demand on support in the middle. The Generative AI at Work study (Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2025) measures 14% more cases resolved per hour, and 34% among new joiners; published field measurements put the share of requests that never reach support at between a quarter and nearly half.
