Your firm advises with MEG
Published on 25 August 2026
MEG and the RCA tools serve the most visible part of the job: the forecast you present to the bank, the dashboard you talk through with the business owner. Hesitating over how to do something in the middle of a meeting costs more here than anywhere else. Better to have the answer already to hand.
What the assistant has already read
RCA's help centre, with its 131 articles, plus the vendor's YouTube channel, whose 30 videos the assistant has watched: when the answer comes from a video, it cites it with the link, and your team member watches it at the right moment instead of hunting for it. The whole thing resyncs on its own, in step with what the vendor publishes.
What your teams teach it
Your forecast templates, your in-house assumptions, your presentation habits: none of that sits with RCA, it all sits with you. The assistant learns it from your teams and adds the answers obtained from support, consolidated into the firm's knowledge base once and for all.
Between your teams and RCA support
When the answer exists nowhere, the assistant takes over: it raises the request with support itself, tracks it, chases it up if needed, and brings the answer back to you. Who asked and for which client file, how long the wait has been: the tracking is there in front of you, and the answer, once back, will not get lost again.
What the vendor gains
Fewer questions in their support queue that are already documented, in an article or a video. The Generative AI at Work study (Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2025, 5,179 agents tracked) measures 14% more cases resolved per hour, and 34% among new joiners; published field measurements put the share of requests that no longer reach support at between a quarter and almost half.
